What is your return policy for e-bikes?

We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

Depending on the model and battery capacity, a full charge typically takes between 5 to 7 hours using our standard 2A smart charger.

Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?

Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual.
